Azita Ghanizada

Azita An. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has appeared in many television shows. Her family was from Northern Virginia and is the middle daughter of two sisters. Her family was raised to a young age in Northern Virginia and is the second child in a family with two older sisters. Ghanizada started her camera career being featured in numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada's performance in the Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara received her a nomination for the Best Actress award at one of the film festival. The actress was a guest star in several television shows, like How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Most recently, she played a supporting role in the science fiction action film Blood Shot (2009) and the independent comedies You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada began her career in the General Hospital Prime-Time spinoff General Hospital. In the second season of Nightshift, she played holistic doctor Dr. Saira Bastra. Ghanizada was cast as Kelly the Prada salesgirl in HBO Entourage. The year 2009 saw her joined on the Tough Trade pilot from Weeds creator Jenji Cohan as well as executive producer T Bone Burnett.
