Kristin Fisher has joined the CNN Space and Defense Correspondent team in the month of July 2021. In that period, Kristin also covered presidential impeachment proceedings as well as the presidential campaign for 2020 and efforts by two administrations in order to control the Coronavirus Pandemic. Her extensive travels with the President and Vice-President included an official trip to Afghanistan that she made together with Donald Trump. Kristin was a television reporter for Grand Junction, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, Washington, D.C., which she won the Emmy Award for her work as an "one-man-band" reporter before joining CBS in the year 2015. Kristin as adept at filmmaking, launched Field Mouse Films, a company that specializes in documentaries, for companies such as Uber as well as Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin is an Bachelor of Science in Journalism which she earned from Boston University. Kristin lives with husband, daughter, and her 3-year-old daughter in Washington, D.C.
